Good one! I bet this does help you focus on your picking hand and get that structure back in your picking. Thanks Ben for the good tip!
I don’t know why, but I have found that when my picking is getting sloppy I can slow down and really pick the strings hard for a couple of minutes. This seems to help clean up my picking when I go back to speed.
Good one! I absolutely agree. If it’s packed away in a case you might not play it nearly as often. As a matter of fact, I’ve been trying to convince my wife to let me hang mine in the living room. I’ll let you know if it happens. Thanks
I always make it easy to practice my banjo by leaving it in sight. I leave it in our spare room on a banjo stand. This way I can pick it up and start playing it any time I’d like.
