fasteddie: Can’t seem to get through a song without having to think about what I’m playing which ends up being a missed frett or string with my right hand. Other parts of a song can be played without thinking about what I am doing. LexingtonBanjo: I too find playing the banjo is a great stress reliever. Primarily I think it’s because banjo takes your mind off of all the stuff that’s stressing you. It helps produce some endorphins too because it’s fun to play. Any how. Stressed? Pick a bit.Ryan: Flash, another little trick is to bend the end of that string at 90 degrees before you push it through about one inch from the end.
